Frequently Asked Questions
Registration Related
Who can I contact for questions relating to payment?
You can contact us for any payment questions at payments@qconlondon.com.
Can I pay for tickets by invoice?
You are able to pay by invoice online by checking the "Do You Want to Pay Later by Invoice?" check box during registration.
The amount of your invoice reflects the published ticket price in effect at the time that your payment of the invoice is due, which is 30 days* from when you submit the order and receive your invoice. Prices exclude VAT or Canadian GST/HST, which will be added as appropriate at checkout. You can review our list of early bird discounts (i.e. early payment discounts) and dates of pricing changes on this pricing table. Pricing is based on the date of receipt of payment. If you pay by credit card instead, you will receive that day's price and you will be emailed a full receipt, marked paid. Only participants who have paid for the event in full before the event start date, will be admitted to the conference or receive access credentials.
For In-Person Conference and/or Training Tickets:
Payment by invoice online will be available until Tuesday March 4th, 2025 (subject to change without notice). After March 4th, 2025 you can email us at payments@qconlondon.com to request payment by invoice. Due to the proximity of the start date of the event, we encourage you to instead make a payment by credit card. All credit card payments will automatically generate a receipt, marked paid, that is emailed to the buyer for your accounting records. If you still require an invoice to pay by wire, please email us and will evaluate your request to confirm that your payment by wire will be received by us no later than March 25th, 2025. Please note that this will be less than 30 days to send payment.
*except where an invoice is issued between January 31st and March 4th, 2025, in which case payment is due no later than March 11th, 2025.
For Video-Only Passes:
Payment by invoice online will be available until Monday April 14th, 2025 (subject to change without notice). Any tickets purchased after April 14th, 2025 must be paid via credit card or PayPal on our online registration portal. All credit card payments will automatically generate a receipt, marked paid, that is emailed to the buyer for your accounting records.
*except where an invoice is issued between March 17th, 2025 and April 14th, 2025, in which case payment is due no later than April 21st, 2025.
What are the early bird discounts?
We offer discounted prices for purchasing earlier. We call this offer our “early bird” pricing. The earlier the ticket is purchased prior to the start of the conference, the larger the discount offered. You can review our list of early bird deadlines and pricing changes in our pricing table (subject to change without notice). For early bird pricing offers, we show the savings (as a percentage) if the ticket is purchased today versus the full price charged at the conference.
Do you offer discounts for multiple ticket purchases for teams or groups looking to attend?

- Make sure your setup is compatible with the above requirements.
- Sometimes, it might take a moment before the room loads. If you are stuck on the loading screen, try refreshing the page (CTRL+F5 on Windows or Command+R on Mac).
- Check your internet speed/quality and system: https://utilities.clickmeeting.com/connection-tester
- It is important to disconnect from any VPN servers you might be using and ensure your firewall is configured properly. If connecting from a corporate network, make sure to forward the Firewall configuration to your IT department.
- Try disabling your browser’s ad/cookie blocker.
- If the problem persists, try using a different browser. If that helps, it means the original browser is causing the problem. Try clearing its cache and cookies to fix the problem.
- Try using a different internet connection (ex: mobile hotspot). If that helps, it means your original internet connection is causing the issues (potentially the VPN setup).

Each training has limited seating due to the capacity of the rooms. We will make every effort possible to have popular trainings in the appropriate rooms but there is always a possibility all seats sell out.
Registration for a training is first-come first-served. If you find a training is sold out, you can add yourself to the waiting list to be notified in case a seat becomes available.
How do I select my trainings?
Any attendee with a training ticket will receive an email with instructions on how to select their trainings around the end of February.

What is the waitlist and how will I know if a seat becomes available?
Waitlists are available on trainings that have reached their maximum capacity and are marked as "Sold Out" on the schedule page.
If you add yourself to the waitlist, you will be notified by a QCon team member in case a seat becomes available (if more seats open up or if someone releases their seat). Priority is given in the order someone is added to the waitlist. You could hear from us until the day prior of the training day.
